SHERIFF HUTTON LOCAL BUSINESSES
Sheriff Hutton Oil Buying Group.
The collective – open to residents of Sheriff Hutton, Lilling, Stittenham, Whenby and Farlington is run by volunteers purely for the convenience of the villagers and to provide savings by ordering as part of a larger group when buying heating oil.
Prices do vary month by month but over recent orders each person has saved around 10% and occasionally up to 15% on the standard order price.
If you would like to place an order or just join to receive notifications of when orders are taking place then please email us at sheriffhuttonoil@gmail.com with your name, email, back up phone number and home address. The group normally orders 4 times per year - early April, late Aug, late Nov and late Jan. You have no obligation to place an order but the minimum order quantity is 500 litres, although any amount over that can ordered. Payment is made directly to the oil company.
